Always so fast, professional and helpful. One time I mistakenly went there with a package that had a USPS return label. Worker said he could still get it returned for me through USPS, just that I wouldn’t get a receipt. Returned just fine.

I im a volume shipper with stamps.com Sunday i ask the manager if im able to retrieve my package back in the case i no longer want the package sent out. He said yes, and long as its before 5pm Monday. Otherwise you can request a return to sender for free. Monday 1:30 pm i go to request my package back. The individual said he will not look for it because there's too much clutter. So i request a return to sender. Manager steps in and tells me to deal with stamps.com and stop wasting his time and his employees time. Next time buy the shipping label from them. I called UPS and i was charged $25 to retreive the package that never even left the store in the first place. The package did a useless trip to the major distribution center and the right back to me.
