I'm highly disappointed in this device every since I received the phone I've been having issues with it. I use my phone for work, to get around town, and to communicate on a daily basis. And the phone powers off and turns back on randomly. I almost missed my flight because I missed the alarm because the phone turned off, then I could not get directions to the airport as I live in a new state. It's been a hassel to have Verizon do anything about the new purchase. I would have been happy keeping my old phone

I had a horrible experience at the Belton Verizon a few days ago. I came to the ward parkway location today and Greg was amazing! He listened to what was wrong with my phone and quickly got a replacement ordered as mine was within warranty. Thank you, Greg!

Your phone response is seriously inadequate. You have two choices on your automated responses. No what I called about. Do you need help in organizing to unionize to get good customer service? I never got a response. I called during a low wait time.

Same as most places. Masks are still required. It is preferred that you make appt but walk-ins are welcome.

There is a way to opt out of some in the ad itself, but i do not think you can get rid of them entirely. Each app "pays for itself" by selling ads. There is also some ad blocking software '
