I'm highly disappointed in this device every since I received the phone I've been having issues with it. I use my phone for work, to get around town, and to communicate on a daily basis. And the phone powers off and turns back on randomly. I almost missed my flight because I missed the alarm because the phone turned off, then I could not get directions to the airport as I live in a new state. It's been a hassel to have Verizon do anything about the new purchase. I would have been happy keeping my old phone

I’m not a hater but I’ll strongly recommend the barry road location over liberty. I’m going to go out of my way just to go to a different location; dude just told me what to do like I invented the iPhone myself.

You go into the store because you have a problem you couldnt solve over the phone and even though there are three employees just standing around when you tell them your problem they just give you a number to call so you can try to fix it on your own instead of actually helping you. Also all the products and services verizon offers can be found cheaper through other companys.

The person helping me with my account was very good and fixed the problem also took time to look over phones to make sure they was working good. Nice location
