We went in to upgrade a phone to IPhone 13 max pro on 07/09/2022 first off all we were told there would be an hr wait so we waited and comes our turn and the gentleman helping us he had a very negative attitude and looked like didn’t even want to help us at all and he basically told us if I were you I wouldn’t do the upgrade because iPhone 14 is coming out soon so basically talking us out of it which is very unprofessional and we had just told him how the phone that we wanted to upgrade is acting up. Well on that day we were quoted $800 for a trade in value and were not told that is going to change soon. Today we decided to go to a different location because the phone we wanted to upgrade was messing up even more and come to find out that the trade in value had changed to $700 instead of $800. Kind of upsetting because we were talked out of doing the upgrade and were told to wait but I truly think because that day we went in he just didn’t want to do it since they were so busy and short handed. Also the gentleman DID NOT explain anything to us at all in regards to our plan what might change and what might not. Never going back to that location again.

Yes anything you buy at Verizon is pre-charged to pass inspection.
