Awesome customer service! Super impressive store selection & services! I came to get ice skates for public skating, and didn't know what to look for. An incredibly friendly and knowledgeable representative helped me from start to finish, and answered all of my questions. Left with everything I was looking for, and will definitely be back! I wish all my shopping was that easy!

Sent my son into the Bauer Store to buy a goalie stick and get a pair of skates sharpened. They had only one Senior Goalie Stick on the shelf and it was last years, underperforming/overpriced top end model. A new model that is less expensive has come out this year and apparently the Bauer Store does not have the latest models of Bauer equipment. I had my son practice with an old stick tonight, and will be returning the product in the morning. Likely will buy the new Bauer model at one of the many local hockey shops that Bauer built its name on. This corporate store disrespects their distribution channel every day.

Amazing as always. Tom helped my son with fitting his shin guards and had the know how to make sure it was a perfect fit. He then helped with trying to get his new skates to fit better. Jeff (store manager) came over and had some suggestions as well. They helped with the fit and left us with the reassurance that if they weren’t “perfect” we can further work in the fit. Not sure you can get better knowledge or service at any other shop. Well done!!
