It has been almost 2 years living here and its really amazing!! Especially after equity management took over. Staff is such great at what they do most of my maintenance has been done and dusted within 24 hours. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for great apartments 😊.

Looks can be deceiving. In the time since we first moved into this apartment in winter 2021 the property has changed ownership and the complex has gone from a respectful place to call home to a disrespectful money grab. The newness of the building is fading and the owners do not keep up the needed maintenance required to call this a luxury apartment with the price tag they insist upon. They prefer to increase rent by 30-40% from year to year, pushing out their current tenants, opposed to creating loyalty based off respectful business practices and realistic yearly lease cost increases. Having lived in luxury apartments across the country AND other locations in the suburbs of Boston, this place is by far the worst in how they treat their tenants and constant maintenance/upkeep of the building. We are very happy to see the back of this complex and will not be recommending it to anyone in the future.

I waited to write this review to see if my final issues were resolved at all and they were not. Renters beware. Do not be fooled by the beauty of this apartment, the new management, Equity Residential, does not care about you at all. They upped my rent $800 after a 15 month lease and had absolutely no remorse for the completely unrealistic one bedroom price, and only after a month of desperate exchanges was I offered a $150 discount. Upon final move out I offered to fix wall holes and damages to avoid extra charges and was told in my final inspection it was unnecessary and covered in the move out cost. I was then charged $210 to paint and fix the damages and few wall scuffs I was specifically told not to fix. Again, these people do not care about you, they only want your money. Truly an awful experience.

Love this complex! The staff here is great too. Whatever our needs, they meet them. They have done so much to make updates to the building, including smarthome technology. The location is perfect, so close to I-95, the mall, grocery store, and so many restaurants. The building is also set back from the main road, so it's very quiet. Highly recommend this complex!

We have a covered two-story parking garage on the bottom floors of our building that all residents will park in. One parking space is included in the rent and additional spaces are $150/month. We have several guest parking spaces along the side of our building and the office parking lot across from our building is available for guest parking Monday - Friday 6 PM - 8 AM and all day on the weekends.

We are in a great location, both for shopping and for traveling. If you are looking for shopping or dining, we are minutes from the Burlington Mall, as well as Third Ave and The District, both of which are home to local hot spots. Third Ave is also home to a large Wegmans for grocery shopping. Located right off of route 95, we are just minutes to get to Route 3 to head to NH for shopping or Route 93 to get into Boston.
