There is a way to opt out of some in the ad itself, but i do not think you can get rid of them entirely. Each app "pays for itself" by selling ads. There is also some ad blocking software '
Depends on what your looking at. But if it's in an app you can't do much unless you upgrade with them. If it just popped up on your phone that means you downloaded an app or something that you should erase.
