Staff was friendly. Hotel has a great exterior. The room was nice and big. So much for the pros...At times it sounded like a truck was idling in my room due to the air conditioning vibrating. Refrigerator did not work. No soap or shampoo in the bathroom. The "restaurant/bar" is a joke. I heard the Las Vegas Raiders are staying here in a week or so. I wish them luck.

Newer Hyatt property with a very friendly & accommodating staff. The rooms are spacious & very comfortable. The wifi is good for a hotel. There are lots of food options within 5 to 10 minutes (walking) or the hotel shuttle will help you out. This is my go to Hyatt in Canton/Akron.

Beef Wellington

Pros : We called last minute and they were able to get us into a room, the staff was super friendly and very helpful. The room was great! Cons : sadly the bathroom in our room had hair all over the floor But all in all the hotel was great!! Would definitely recommend and we will definitely be back!!

In spite of this hotel being relatively new, the bathroom seemed to be vintage 1998. Two days in a row our room was not made up, even though we were gone all day. Manager gave me extra points on my Hyatt account, but I won’t be staying in this place anytime soon. Got back from desk to complain and toilet seat came completely off when I lifted it up. Very disappointing.
