I WOULDN’T GIVE THIS PLACE ONE STAR. ZERO TO BE EXACT! Currently staying here and this has been my worst stay ever. If I could upload pictures I would of how disgusting the bedsheets and pillows are. Had to notify the hotel of how bad the room was from our cell phone because the phone in the room does not work! When he came to our room he informed us that he would not sleep like that either and how he was unable to remove the nasty mattress case off the bed because he had no more. I would not recommend this place to stay to anyone and if I wasn’t here for my son’s football game (here as a group) I WOULD BE GONE!!! To have travelled a long way and to not be comfortable is not a peace of mind. I also reached out to guest relations of choice hotels and was told because we are here there is nothing they can do on top of the rooms being sold out. Stains I mean huge stains not on one bed but on both beds in the room. Huge stains on the pillows. We had to literally remove the sheets and casing ourselves and I’m still uncomfortable and most of all annoyed by the lack of help and a solution. Although the front desk guy wasn’t rude, the only thing he offered was to place a clean sheet over the nasty one and blamed housekeeping. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

Too expensive for the condition of the rooms and the experience we had. The rooms are in desperate need of maintenance. Paint peeling, doors are splintered, and showers are sub standard. There was no customer service here except the great lady staffing the breakfast bar. Twice I went to the front desk to get some issues resolved and twice the front desk was vacant.

Bed was super comfy and it has an outdoor pool even tho I did not have time to swim hours 9am to 9pm. The room was clean and they was able to give me and my friends side by side rooms. Would recommend!

This was the very first hotel I ever stayed at when I was a kid and my dad brought us all up from Steubenville to visit the Hall of Fame. I loved it then and I love it now! It has been completely updated and remodeled. Free breakfast is what sells this place.. But get down there early because it gets busy- especially during the summer months. Great friendly and hospitable staff. Amazing value!
