Lisa, I hope you are enjoying the GS mini! They are great little guitars. We make sure all of our guitars are set-up properly before leaving the shop. Over time, all guitars need some adjustments. It sounds like your guitar is just due for a set-up, much like a car needs its oil changed over time. More than likely it just needs a basic set up with is $65 plus the cost of strings. Please feel free to bring it on by and one of our techs will assess what is going on with it and make a suggestion as to what should be done to get it playing the way it was when you bought it. Yes that's mostly what they sell. Some of the acoustics are also electric .
