Very excellent experience, Doreen with the breakfast service was incredible. She was very friendly and helpful and I plan on staying at the Fairfield again the next time I’m visiting Canton. Jacuzzi could be warmer though.

Dirty- Business travelers book elsewhere. Room wasn’t cleaned and still had items from previous guest. Staff did nothing to correct or apologize. Plenty of other options around the Belden area and will never stay here again. Call me demanding, but I prefer a clean room and a good nigh’s sleep not wondering what else wasn’t cleaned.

Nice hotel friendly staff. Checkin was easy. The hotel is dated but everything worked. The breakfast area was great. Doreen (I believe that was her name) keep the area weel stocked and cleaned. She greeted everyone that came in the the area. Overall a great place to stay while in Canton.

Staff was super nice. Have you ever told yourself 'its only for one night'? This was that hotel room... The room left a little to be desired, it needs an overhaul. The lav rocked back n forth when you sat down. You could hear people walking above you as if that is where the 🐘 elephant family stays. The sheets were stained and just had a feeling of a red roof inn vs a Marriott connected property. If it was at the beginning of my trip I would have complained but this was the last night of a long 7 day, 3 different property hotels and I was tired. Plus the staff was kind so I just sucked it up. 3 stars and only because the staff was so kind.
