My husband and I along with our two small children had made a 9.5 hour drive the day we arrived and had 9.5 more hours a day later so having a pool to get the energy out was really important to us. We were able to use the pool briefly the night we arrived but when we went back the next day the pool had been drained and no one could tell us why or when it would be back up and running. We were not able to use the pool again. This made our stay very disappointing. We were definitely let down.

Very beautiful layout. Rooms are clean and tidy.. the commodities are great.. Definitely a relaxing choice. Alittle more on the pricier side of hotel stay but was definitely worth it.

The rooms are nice size and location was great. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The WiFi was awful kept kicking out and it was noisy you could hear people above and beside us. We had screaming kids beside us and dogs that were barking nonstop above us..

The room was clean and very spacious bed was so comfortable and the front desk clerk was very friendly and the breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend

No they do not have hot tubs however they do have a heated pool. Very clean!

A pre- authorization gets put on your card for the amount of the stay. As well as a 10.00 incidentals. If you choose to pay with cash at the time of your departure. You may. An if you do not spend the 10.00 at the markets etc. Then the 10.00 dollars goes back on your card. They just need a card on file in case they have to charge more for damages to the room etc.
