Well first our room was not ready and the Owner/Manger was so rude, nasty and condescending. He made sure he YELLED to let us know this is not a corporate hotel so no one to call WOW. The pictures on this site are definitely old and false advertising. Our rooms were dirty, bathrooms not cleaned it smelled like someone peed everywhere. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Staff was always friendly and helpful! We had an emergency at our home and they were able to accommodate our family and pets. Nice clean rooms and the outdoor space was really nice to walk the dogs. The pool was great for the kids.

The staff and the room were fantastic for the price. The hotel could use a refresh, to be sure, but it is also a facility that was built several decades ago. What was most appealing was the quality and demeanor of the staff. Emery (the assistant manager, I believe) moved us to a room near a door where we could easily take the pets out when necessary. He and Blake, the young lady working overnights, were friendly and personable and just a joy to be around. You may find a swankier place, a more modern place, a place with a better breakfast spread, but you will never be treated any better than we were at the Residence Inn in Canton.

This hotel has decent rooms with lots of space and amenities. The beds are very uncomfortable. Also the breakfast is very disappointing with very little options. The things that are available are prepackaged and odd. The drink machines are broken and did not serve the right drinks. The lobby is unimpressive and stains can be found all throughout the carpets. Overall, I was pretty unimpressed but it did what it needed to do.
