Ended up buying a Maytag direct drive washer from here a year ago…. Had it fill up with water then quit working… manually emptied all the water out and drove 30 minutes for them to take a look at it since I had bought it from there… they charged me $100 to “look at” the $200 washer…. Then told me it was $192 to replace the part… they said they could credit $50 to purchase another washer from them…. I told them I would ONLY purchase from another used appliance dealer that had no problem to take a quick look for free at any appliance he had sold me for free if something went wrong with it even a year later …. She then promptly hung up on me…. Would not recommend this place.

I got my washer and dryer here and they were nothing but awsome and wheb I had problems they helped me figure them out.

They sell non working appliances and don't stand behind their warranty when you try to explain the problem if no stars were an option I would've chosen that!

AT NO POINT EVEN AFTER MY LAST REVIEW DID THIS COMPANY BOTHER TO REACH OUT AND MAKE IT RIGHT STILL HAVE THEIR NONWORKING DRYER IN MY GARAGE !!! DONT USE THIS PLACE!!!!Purchased a preowned dryer over $200 get home dryer doesn't work. Return with the dryer man brings the appliance to the back while my husband waits. man brings it back out from the back stating it works with no issues. bring the dryer home doesn't work again. called store back spoke to very sweet lady who states for us to bring the dryer back in. On the way to bring the dryer back in to check it out we were in an accident and unable to get there. Attempt to call business back today to explain why we have not made it over there yet due to the accident and a man answers. while trying to explain that the dryer is still giving trouble and not turning on at all and that was with no alterations in the cords they left on the machine when we left the last time and stated i would show him a video of my other dryer actively having power and leaving the video play while unplugging our old dryer then plugging in theirs and nothing happening, I was cut off in conversation by the male employee telling me rudely that he doesn't need my video that it works there so we must have an electrical problem at our home. When i expressed we are bringing it back again so that we may physically see them turn it on in front of us to prove that it in fact works at there establishment because it was not turned on in front of us at time of purchase or during the first time when my husband came back with it telling them it would not turn on. he continued to cut me off and say he wasn't going to argue with me!. If your looking for a good customer service experience AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!
