I sent in my application on March 22nd and payment was processed. It is now October 5th and I have not been contacted in any way by the agency about my license. I have called countless times over the past 6 months and I am told the same thing every single time. How does it take over 6 months to process a license? This place is ridiculous.

10/5/2022 Thanks for the response. Is there any way to follow up on this in 2 weeks that isn't google reviews? I ----------------------------------------------------------------- 10/3/2022 Worst interactions I have ever had with a government agency. I submitted required documentation for CPA License on July 7th and was given a turn around time of 6-8 weeks. Here we are 13 weeks later and no one can give me any answers on where my license is. I keep being told to call back in in two weeks. Very frustrating.

Absolutely awful. I've been waiting over 6 months. My license WAS processed but they declined my certification because I corrected the date on it. So we had to submit a new certificate with a letter of deficiency. Still have heard nothing back. You would think that them knowing they will take roughly 6 months to process anything they could have approved it and requested we submit a new certificate to them. Probably going to be passed up on a position now. Thanks IDFPR.
