PEOPLE please do yourself a favor and DONT order from them!!!!!! Placed my order on samedaycustom.com and I even called the store to confirm they had my order and the guy who picked up said YES. I arrive to their location and he starts telling me they don’t have an order under my name. I told him I called and spoke to him(i even showed him the call on my phone) and kept saying I didn’t call there and they didn’t have my order. But he was quick to tell me he could do the order for $40 and then customer service would reimburse me for my online order. Told him I paid $22 online and said he can’t do that and theyre completely separate (even though it’s the same name as their store) btw he was extremely rude the whole time! I left and called customer service and they told me the Ford city location did accept and then deny my order (I’m guessing because it was too cheap for them to want to make it) He lied straight to my face and tried to make me feel stupid! Don’t lie to my face and don’t waste my time!

Walked in and before I was able to ask a question the employee stated "We are busy please come back in 3 hours" While chatting on the phone... How about I take my money to someone who's willing to listen instead of blowing me off.
