Whoever the blonde haired man is at this establishment needs an attitude adjustment. He talks to his employees like absolute trash. I stopped dead in my tracks at the way he was talking to two female employees. I was absolutely appalled, the sweet gal even stared at me like her feelings were hurt. Absolutely disgusting.

Everything was pretty well marked and easy to find, staff was readily available to help if you couldn't find what you needed though. Seems like they are always running pretty decent deals when I go too so I always save money. Great selection for non slip work shoes compared to most places which is a big plus for me as I work in a kitchen. Staff is always friendly and very helpful, love how the double check shoe size and style is what you wanted before they start ringing items up! Will definitely continue to shop here!!!

Up to today the times I've gone there I never had any problems and all of the sales people have been really polite. Today a sales female was very rude with me and I didn't appreciate it. When I asked her questions she was rude and short with me. I love my Shoe Carnival and I've spent a lot of money in that store, but if there were another store not so far away I would shop there. I have never had an issue like this before up to today.
