They are ok, what is still annoying that there is a 3.50 service charge for using your card online....in 2022. Like really? Also, there is no way to setup auto payment on your card either which is a bummer. They need to update their web portal and way of doing business to make it more in tune with this decade. Take away service fee and offer auto pay with card and its easy five stars.

These people are horrible. They don't take phone payments, their antiquated website won't load on 80% of the computers and phones I try it on and if you CAN get through on there then they charge a $3.50 "convenience fee" for paying online. If there was anyone else to go through I'm sure we all would. This is 2014 and you're telling me that it costs you $3.50 to process my payment through the internet? Because I'm pretty sure I could set up a PayPal and do it for about $1.00, which would be PayPal's 1% of my typical bill. I feel like they're forcing you to utilize the mail, which again, is ridiculous in 2014. I go to school online, I do most of my shopping online, I travel for work frequently and I don't want to rely on US mail to pay bills. Typically, I'm against the privatization of public utilities but it could only improve the efficiency and customer service of this place.
