I am bummed. We use this UPS location for most of our business needs and typically have great experiences. Went in on Monday to return 5 items to amazon. I was prepared and had all of the return codes ready to be scanned, so the process was quick and painless. As I was walking out, the woman who was helping me started making snarky and rude comments about my shopping habits and my need to return "so many items" to the customer after me. Incredibly unprofessional. If you are going to act in this way, at least wait until I am out of the store so I can't hear you. You have no idea what my life situation is or the reasons behind having to return multiple items at one time.

My wife paid for overnight shipping of a package and after dropping it off, received two calls on the way home telling her she would have to pay significantly more. We decided this was ridiculous and picked up the package. When I expressed my displeasure to Nick, the manager, he completely dismissed my concerns, laughed at me and called me a terrible person. This was by far the worst customer experience I have ever had. FedEx just gained a customer for life!

One person working in the store is not ideal when people come in asking for extra services such as lengthy passport questions and bringing in boxes for recycling...the staff would rather argue with a customer about skipping in line when asked if he can just multi-task. He'd rather stand there and argue as opposed to scan the box so I could leave. Learn to multi-task and please your customers.
