I’ve been using their services for nearly a year now, but I’ll be switching to a new clinic. They were okay at first, but lately they’ve become incredibly careless. I almost had to skip out on a necessary medication for a month because of their clerical error. And the last time I had a tele-health appointment with them, I was treated incredibly rudely by whichever nurse or doctor sent the prescription (the staff leading up to that point were great). They didn’t even bother to ask when I’d like to follow up, it was just an immediate hang-up after being belittled for the medication I needed a refill on. Edited to add: They won’t even let you call to ask about lab results. They force you to wait for an appointment, but they schedule things like 3 weeks out. What if there was an issue and something should be addressed asap? Dumb policy.
