The car buying was pretty simple and pain free. My car needs to be registered in 3 days and still waiting for Edwards to take care of their end. So needless to say I’m sure I’ll be getting pulled over because they haven’t done the inspection for the out of state title. Car buying easy. Afterwords not so much.

Picked up a new vehicle recently. I was told from someone on the phone a week or two prior that it was ahead of schedule and she saw it in the parking lot. After wasting gas and driving there it was in fact not there. Someone else was dealt the same antics and was also falsely told a vehicle was there when it wasn’t. Luckily Alex was able to spot the vehicle for me a week or two later and let me purchase it. Hats off to Alex! He was great throughout it all. I purchased the plan A coverage and I had to contact the dealer weeks later as to when they could do it. After I had to reach out, I brought the vehicle in and their third party applied the plan A coverage. They probably drove ~$10 worth of gas and was not courteous enough to at least replace the gas that was driven but left the truck on an empty tank. Finally, I inquired about a minor ding that I created on the plastic in my center console and the options that could be taken. Ashley in service took down my name and number and said she was going to contact me Monday after she reached out to her auto body shop, but I have yet to hear back. I really would not have cared if I wouldn’t have been led on as if I was going to be contacted. The managers of the dealership were great during closing of the deal though and really work with you on giving you the best market price available.

I purchased a new vehicle on 1-22 and was convinced I needed “Plan A” protection. After several attempts to find out when this was going to happen and repeatedly being ignored by their “Customer Service” representative, and salesman, I received a text message on 2-26 to call service and schedule an appointment. Well, apparently I can’t get this done until 3-14 because I need a loner vehicle. This is almost 2 months since I purchased the vehicle. This is unacceptable. I also ordered several optional parts that have yet to be installed. I am totally dissatisfied with my treatment here and will not be a repeat customer. They were eager to sell me a vehicle, and to take my money, but ready to ignore me after the sale.

I’ve been waiting to write this review on purchasing my vehicle from Edwards back in December but now I’m to the point of frustration. The purchase of my vehicle went great. Took awhile but I have no real complaints. Two weeks later I was scheduled for the Plan A (interior and exterior protection) service that I purchased and to have my radio looked at, as it doesn’t shut off and causing a draw on my starting system and changing all of my settings. I picked up my vehicle and they said everything is great. they updated my radio software and works great. I called back shortly after I picked up. I noticed a large scratch in my leather and still having the same radio issues. I called a few weeks later looking for an update and they confirmed they will get the scratch handled but I haven’t heard anything back in regards to the radio and said they were looking to replace but haven’t heard anything since. Very disappointing with service. Especially since I purchased ext warranties and maintenance plans with them on top of that. I’ve been a service advisor for 10 years now and this is not how customers should be handled.

Idk 😞 sorry
Better go to website and ask or call the business
Lavonda... That's not a good question to ask someone on Google where everyone can see the response. Perhaps inviting the customer out to visit the dealership would be a wiser course of action.
Yes, but there is a limited amount. So be sure to call ahead and make sure
The masks effectively cover their mouths, but it's not much use, because half the employees don't have the mask covering their nose. Also, I've never noticed anyone wiping down door knobs or door handles, even after waiting 4 hours for my car to be finished and watching everybody out of boredom
Absolutely! Come on out to our Dodge store at 1010 34th Ave. 😉
Yes you can
They are not a Chevy exclusive only dealer.
