5 stars for Raymond Duncan! He communicated openly, was very polite and found us the perfect vehicle. I would definitely recommend him as a sales person and am likely to be a returning customer.

Do not buy from Edwards. My wife and I recently purchased a 2011 GMC Terrain with 78,000 miles on it. We were lead to believe it was a certified vehicle as it was sold on the “certified” lot and met the criteria of being under 80,000 miles. Regardless of that, within the FIRST MONTH of owning this car, and driving well under 1,000 miles, the check engine light came on. I called a good friend/ car mechanic to have it inspected and found out that the engine had a cracked manifold and the catalytic converter was out. I called up to see what they could do and they couldn’t even find that I purchased the car in that store. The service manager then accused me of lying about purchasing the car from them… I was furious. I was then contacted by a Brian Purdue, the general manager. Who in my opinion is the definition of a “slime ball” car salesman. At first he told me that it would be an additional $2,000.00 to fix the car, but since we were not at fault I didn’t accept that. He then admitted they had fault in this issue (clearly) and that he would fix it for $1,000, what he said was the cost of the parts. I then decided I was not about to be screwed around any longer and just contacted my friend/mechanic to fix it. I was able to get a brand new catalytic converter, manifold, and pay to have it all replaced for just under $1,000… Brian Purdue is a liar and a crook. I would steer clear of the Edwards lot. I will certainly not refer anyone there again.

I felt Francis "Frank" Rodriguez's first priority was to take care of my needs unlike other dealers where they just want to make a sale. He listened to my needs and found the perfect truck and got me a great deal and was very personable. Overall, this was the best experience I have had at any dealership.

Edwards Chevrolet Buick GMC Cadillac I am extremely pleased with all the hard work Randy K and Joe B did to get me into my new jeep! I love it! And I am very pleased that they allowed me to rush the situation a bit as the weather was turning for the worse and I live two hours away!
