Yes we have a needle exchange on central ave i am not sure but i think you can get clean needles either way

If you mean free as you don't have healthcare then they would do a sliding scale fee based on your income. But if you don't have healthcare or money its not like we turn anyone away we would work with you to ensure we give you the best possible care for your circumstances. Hoped this helped.
