I would rate with more stars but everytime I call to pay my bill i always get a answering machine and even when I leave a message I get no response.. also always get my bill after they stop collecting my garbage and when trying to call as I stated above is what happens.. I have used this company for awhile now and I'm just irritated that there is no advance warning of a bill due or answer when calling to pay so my garbage is collected...

The customer service woman that answers the calls is so kind and helpful. The service is dependable and consistent. Plus, they are very affordable!

Barely worth the price even before they jacked it up. They haven't taken trash in three weeks, drove right by the house today and left me with a massive pile of garbage bags in front of my house. This pile wouldn't be there if these people would just do their job. I won't be paying them another red cent, and I'm considering even demanding back this month's payment. I'm sick of inconsistent service. If I could rate them zero stars I would.
