SPEEDEE?? I think not. They don't guarantee anything because they can't ship in a timely manner. When you call and ask them they do nothing to resolve the issue, and tell you to move to a different shipping company!! Are you really that defeated at work??

by far the worst shipping company around two different times now my package has not showed up on time and iv had too call and wait on hold for a hour too talk too someone too answer just so they can tell me it should be out for delivery today and never showed up finally just asked them If i can just drive too town and get it myself and they tell me I can't because it's out for delivery oh thanks great I'll see it maybe next week some time it's only been a week so far

Worst ever service clearly Spee-dee delivery has a misconception on what customer service is. Had a package that was sent to me returned to sender without ever attempting to make the delivery. Attempting to speak to someone the operator put you on hold after 1.5 hours on hold I decided that maybe I should write a review. I have requested that on their website for someone to contact me 2 days ago and yet nothing? Pathetic
