I was pleased to support a local disposal business who had smaller bins for seniors. My location gave them great visibility and I hoped they would get more business. When I complained about the recycling bin tossed in weeds along road and sent a photo, the next pick up my bins were gone . I called and was told I was cancelled for being a difficult customer. Tammy was pleasant and said she would ask owner to call me. The owner did call and in one sentence said I was cancelled and there is no contract. Would have been nice to have notice. To The owner: since you were unwilling to discuss on phone there is no need to waste your time commenting on my post..

Raised their prices with no notice. Overcharged for junk removal and added items that were not there. Consistently miss pickups and say the items were not out in time. They also charge $50 to remove toters when you move. It feels like they try and squeeze every bit of money they can out of customers.

Horrible customer service, got yelled at over a issue that wasn't an issue for 4 years. Idk the lady's name but cancelled because of that.

Customers Beware , this company will send you a bill for $50 for picking up your trash can when canceling service. It's not in our service agreement and it's new fee they just decided to add with no notice at all and didn't agree to. After they already sent last and final bill. Company is a big scam and when ask them about it were absolutely no help and women had no explanation other than new fee. Can't just add a fee and not notify customers 🙄 this is clearly a big scam to rip off people. And charge me when they had to come for last garbage pick up. Beware of this scam/ rip off.
