Tonight a young gentleman named Jacob really went the extra mile to help my partner and I find the best products that suited both of us. This is my normal shop and I always like everyone I encounter there. Today was awesome though, worked with their staffer Farrah. They have phenomenal product knowledge and I Really appreciated the in-depth input and advice on what I was looking for including noting a change in potency of one of my regular gummy products. Top notch customer service today, thank you.

Green planet is my "go to" on this side of town as it does seem to have some reasonable prices all around. The system as you walk in is confusing. I never know if I can browse and window shop or if I HAVE to know what I want before getting to the counter.. never much able to read or educate myself on the products without someone right there.. when you try to get more info, between masks, acoustics, stoner draw and the plastic shields I can't understand very much. I'm pretty decently educated on the weed side of things so for me I'm not losing very much but for a novice.. they may have some issues in this store. 5 stars because yea.. I'm not losing anything but would completely understand a much lower score from novice folks.. there's an intimidation factor that's not easily overcome I would imagine. There's some pretty easy fixes to some of these issues.. the management seems to be proactive, mandates are relaxing.. I'm thinking it will probably be quite different in a couple of months.

Bad customer service and bad vibe. I came in there for a first time very confused because of the two lines, extensive staffing, and overall layout. That being said i was asking questions as to what to do with an open mind to learning the ins and out. The employee weren’t welcoming and it overall felt very transactional. When finishing up and getting ready to pay it was 9:55(5 minutes before close), I was told that cash wasn’t accepted unless im a member(said to me like I should’ve known this). So i was like cool- i’ll just take some money out of the atm in store. I do that and decide i didn’t wanna cut the guy standing in the line even though i was in front of him initially. His transaction is over and i’m next up when a man walk over and barks out that it’s 10 and they are no longer selling. i, & i promise, in a very friendly tone said oh but i had to goto the back of the line and he didn’t sympathize even a little he basically just told me to leave. Now i’m a pretty understanding guy- but to have no sympathy like that is a huge turn off. i’m definitely not going back everything just felt so corporate and rude.
