HELPFUL HIT FOR GETTING PASSPORTS. They are walk-in only and you take a number. Doors open at 8am and they "open" at 9am. Get there at 8 get #, go to breakfast & come back at 845. You'll be out before 10 for sure! Take checkbook cause you can't use CC or cash for some fees (but can on some). Save time and photocopy ID & birth certificate (front & back) before you go. REVIEW: We got there at 830am on a Friday & took a number. We were #12 and they started at #4. They actually came out at around 850am and started early. Had 3 people working helping 2 customers at a time. We got called around 945am. Everyone was friendly and efficient. Very pleased & are definitely nicer than workers in Multnomah thay I typically deal with.

"Efficient, Kind and Knowledgeable!" I went to King City City Hall for my daughter's passport. I was initially shocked at the long wait even though I went there at 9am, their opening hour. HOWEVER, the staff were so efficient, kind and knowledgeable that the line moved quickly enough for us. The staff who helped us even quickly counted the calendar dates for us when we were trying to figure out what fees we will pay additionally for the expedition. I haven't seen that quick and voluntary (and kind) services from a public service agency for a while, so I was certainly impressed. Thank you and pls keep helping us the way you do!!!

The wait was a bit long for passport services, but the staff are great, helpful, and work as fast as they can.

Our bad, waited too long to get daughter's passport. King City City Hall was most helpful dealing with our predicament. All 3 people working showed initiative and went above and beyond in giving us options to expedite the process. Sorry I didn't get all their names, but Ronnie dealt with us directly and he and the others renewed my faith in public servants. Thank you all. 😎
