The ladies that run the office are over the top helpful!! They put up with disgruntled people who are often mean and rude to them. Usually because they cant get their own way. Thank You Ladies for all the help you given me over the years.

How come MY Home is not Exempt so I can get my $104? Also why are my taxes higher owning 3 acres then when I owned 13 acres?

Did you presue an exempt in 2019? If you didnt then no ones fault but your own. As far a tax value, if you own 3 acres and well and septic plus a home yes its worth more then 13 acres undeveloped. ( own 3 parcels in etna among bunch elsewhere)
