Went in around lunch when there were 3 windows open. There was a few people in line ahead of me, I was in and out in about 15 minutes. I was actually in and out and in again because I forgot something in my car but the kind woman assisting me was able to wait so I could run to my car and get it. Also I got a document notarized without any wait, good to know in the future.

Took about 5 minutes to get in , but once I got to the windows. I was out in like 2minutes. Quick easy, an my parking space is paid for, for next month.

While visiting Fortunes Rocks Beach I had a few issues and the city could care less. First of all paying $22.00 for 2.5 hours is very unfair, but 2nd of all both porta potties were overflowing while I was there and had to leave to find a restroom. I was advised by city hall to contact "all city councilors" to let them know about my experience and now 5 weeks later not 1 council member could be bothered to contact me.
