If you’re going to close before 5 maybe post those actual hours , not all of us have day availability to mail things. Locking the door in one’s face early and saying sorry isn’t the helpful. Usually services are pretty standard

Been calling all morning. No answer. I have an address that is correct (verified), but USPS click-and-ship won't accept it... and I'd like to speak with a person to figure things out. Frustrating!

I was robbed last week and even though i sent notes to the postal carrier because now i cant get my mail because i dont have the key . I tried calling the post office but no answer. I live at 255 gerald st. Apt 10. Highland park. What can i do?
