The villas apartments located in Yucaipa is a beautiful place.The downside is the manager. Julia she has NO management ethic.Julia does not attend to residence problems. Also threatening residents with 3 day eviction notice. Seniors have no rights at this location.😢

Very nice place! Quite and clean. Erika do an amazing job as administrator, they are remodeling the building, the garden is nice too. If you are turning 55 please visit The Villas, great community a lot amenities in the area, supermarkets, restaurants, church’s and more 😁

Hi and thanks for the question. Currently, the rents for a one-bedroom are $753 or $1100 depending on your income. We do not have any apartment homes available for immediate move-in but if your not in a hurry, please call the leasing office to enquire about our waiting lists.
