First off, evening manager, a young woman, was obnoxiously rude. I checked in and was given a room below a family with a child who they thought it was ok to let run around for over an hour stomping on floor and making it impossible to sleep. She said oh well they can do whatever they want because our quiet hours don’t begin until 10pm. I would not stay here again, as their customer service is awful.

Ownership and staff all great friendly courteous. And amazing pool clean rooms. Owner made my semi parking situation happen. In Colton CA semi trucks not allowed on streets. But owner was accommodating to the parking situation. Thank you bw.

All in all okay. Roomcard wasnt working every two days and you had to renew it. The staff was very friendly. Escpecialy Becca. Will come again.

Elevater did not work for at least 2 weeks. Had to carry luggage up 3 flights of stairs. Not good. Also the next time I stayed there they refused to accept my Chimes debit card because it's prepaid. However every week my paycheck is direct deposited on that account . And I'm a Diamond member with there hotel.And I've used that card several times at that hotel

You have to call and ask them if they have a room available they might let you check in early. And be polite they are.
