Just got my new MINI. The sales people and the rest of the staff are absolutely wonderful. I had a great experience buying my car, and if the time comes to car shop again, I'm definitely going back

Love the car. Barely any miles with one owner who had Mini of Rochester service the car on a lease. The hands free system does not work (reset entire system over ten times; works and then does not work) Obviously this was never run through by the staff/service department. In 24 hours of picking up the car I have to now have a service appointment. Wrote a text to my sales person who has not responded. Frustrating and then some

My husband and I just purchased our first MINI, a 2019 Clubman. Sean, our salesman, went above and beyond in every way to make sure we found the perfect car for us. He was also very patient and professional during the purchasing process, and very enthusiastic about ensuring that we left the dealership pleased with the purchase we had made. I am in the "sales" business, and can honestly say Sean has a real talent for building relationships by being genuine and trustworthy. I can honestly say Sean made it as pleasant an experience as possible from our first phone conversation to leaving with our new MINI! One negative comment: the lighting in your showroom needs to be improved. Vehicle color is so important to first impression and ultimate sales success. When one cannot tell the difference between a dark green and black MINI, that is a problem.

I would take to a Cooper dealer. If you live in or around Rochester, VanBortle in Henrietta is the best place to go

Snows are always a good ideas. Your driving skills are more important. So like me the first good snow take it to a large parking lot. Hopefully empty. Take through its and your paces. If your not comfortable you need snows. If not try it for a while. Don't over drive your car. I just got mine 2 months ago. I know folks who drive all winter 45 miles each way and don't have snows. I have a friend who drives 2 miles and better have snows. So got check yourself
