Pretty straight forward, I needed storage space and Cubesmart met my needs with the best pricing and convenient location. Dominic was great! Extremely helpful and thoroughly explained the available options.

Getting set up was a breeze, and the office has roughly 13 different cameras set up around the property to monitor access points. The office also provides locks and boxes. Dominic and Margarita were very nice and provided us with lots of information about our unit and protocols to get in the building.

The people at the front desk especially the female that was working on Friday afternoon really need to take Cust Serv classes. The girl that was working on Friday afternoon did not leave her chair and honestly was rude and unhelpful. The guy working Saturday around 1 pm felt the need to tell me his mother died a few days ago and was trying to compare me with him as far as how he was acting vs how I was acting. I just needed help and no one was providing any.

Dominic served me and I was pleased by his service. He answered all the questions I asked politely and put effort to inform me of all the rules and regulations. The floor looked clean and and was of comfortable room temperature.

Climate-controlled storage units are temperature controlled. Climate control means that we use reasonable efforts to maintain a temperature in the building where the Cube is located of between 55- and 80-degrees Fahrenheit. This type of environment is ideal for storing furniture, metal, fabric, and other items
