Horrible, Be careful of the extended warranty that Sears sells you, read the fine print before buying or saying yes. They MANDATE that if you have to replace your item IT MUST be done by them, ie. You can only get the replacement part from them. On top of that regardless of how much you spend they prorate what they think the appliance is worth so even though they tell you if they can’t repair it they will replace it they will only give you what they think it it is worth. I spent 700.00 on a grill and because it wasn’t until the end of the policy that I needed work, though they couldn’t repair it because parts weren’t available they would only give me 400 and on top of that they said I had to order through them. When I told them I needed a grill for a memorial service for my wife’s uncle that weekend(after getting the run around for three weeks) and asked them to just send me a check to reimburse me and I would just go buy a grill, they told me no unless they didn’t have a grill that I liked. When I pointed out that they only offered three grills for that price range and i certainly didn’t want any of them they said sorry but that’s all we can do for you. I will NEVER buy from Sears again. No wonder they closed down, their customer service sucks!
