Went over the weekend with a group of 11 people, children included. Absolutely nothing was explained to us. We weren’t told which way to go (one way can be dangerous because of the aqueducts), no help with the vests-they didn’t check if they were on properly, and when we were done no one was around to help us off the kayaks. My mom tried to get out herself and actually fell in the water and struggled to get out. Really just a terrible time.

Easy in and out, staff carried the kayaks to the water (and back) , and helped folks in and out. They were also helpful with suggestions about where to head – we had a fun trip up the river, up the canal, and up a creek!

There IS free public launching allowed with your own watercraft. There are several docks. I did not see any ramps or roller launches.
Normally yes. Our ipad was stolen a few weeks back but employees should have paypal on their phones.
