I would have given no star at all. I called him for advise a couple of months ago, he sounded like the guy I want in my corner. Gave me his cell number. The day came that I needed him, talked with his office associate, I guess, she said she would get him the message to call me back. Well he never called…..I called for almost two weeks, left messages on his cell, his office and sent him text messages. He NEVER responded back, I was extremely angry about being blown off like that, considering he agreed verbally to helping me out, and that his rates were reasonable. Not a fan!

Can my DWI charges from 2009 be sealed? I have also a petit larceny from years ago.

Hello Cindy: Great question. Even though you have two separate convictions both can be sealed in New York State pursuant to NY CPL 160.59. Technically, the statute allows for certain convictions 10+ years or older, but both of your convictions are eligible. -Christopher Brown, Esq.
