I stopped in today with a loose screw in one corner of my frame (my own fault for using one hand to take my glasses on and off). Maria fixed the frame and replaced the screw while I waited.

I will start by saying, the majority of the crew here is very empathetic, understanding, and caring, as you would hope a high $$ making healthcare facility would be. The doctor and most of his coworkers are great!Unfortunately, I had a Very very disappointing experience today figuring out contacts that worked for me, after Maria treated me like I was not a customer in need of help buying contacts that worked best for me. Multiple times, she accused and assumed me of having contact samples I did not, or that the Dr never gave me samples which he indeed did, and made me feel bad for sampling contacts which is a normal part of any contact buying procedure. She never apologized once for her disrespect, her rude tone, or how she made me feel very uncomfortable, just that it was a pity I «Felt That Way» even when I communicated clearly to her the way she came off. Not to mention, she was about to charge me a price without my insurance, when I clearly asked her to check with my insurance, her passive aggressiveness ruined it for me.
