I used to have a better opinion of this clinic until I spent some time in treatment. I was assigned to Sarah Granger as my personal councilor & I always turned in clean uas and kept up on my classes. One day when I was going thru crisis in my personal life I reached out to speak with Sarah (as they suggest). She not only didn't return my calls of 5+ voicemails over 4.5 weeks she also ignored 7 emails and didn't advise any other staff that I was being changed councilors. They left me when I needed their support the most. My suggestion is don't share personal things with their councilors. To obtain you as a patient they will say they care and reach out but that's not what happens in practice. 1 star

This is the worst clinic in the state. They are a bunch of money hungry liars. They are not out to help anyone. They create a fake sense of wanting to help at first. After you’ve been there sometime. They are to get their patients by taking away their medication or lower the dosage for insignificant things. They are not understanding or caring about your job and work schedule. They are the most unorganized clinic. They can’t even keep counselors and are constantly changing them. As well add their ridiculous rules without letting patients know just so they can have an excuse to mess with peoples lives And cause then nothing but problems. Even if you follow their rules. They will always find a reason to make your recovery miserable. They don’t help and tell patients that is ok to fail UA without informing patients of the harsh consequences they put you through. I lost several jobs because of their shady way of being towards the patients. Save your money and go somewhere else, where they actually care about their patients and recovering from addiction. I say all this from personal experience.

Best place to get methadone maintenance! This is the 3rd i've been to, so trust me I know. Great supportive staff! They don't overcomplicate things the way some clinics do with all the bureaucracy and so so much red-tape ... but they always follow the law and ideals of recovery. It has the right balance. Just have a good attitude and treat the staff with respect and do your part; and they will go the extra mile to do theirs.

Nope Medicaid is free
To receive care at our Comprehensive Treatment Center, patients must be age 18 or older, have been dependent on opioids for at least one year, and have gone at least 20 hours since last using opioids or be in a current state of withdrawal. From there, prospective patients can schedule an intake appointment, which consists of participating in a full assessment, completing intake paperwork, and beginning medication.
Yes, we offer both individual and group counseling.
Our clinic typically accepts Medicaid, Medicare, Commercial Insurance and Self-Pay. Please give us a call for further information.
If you choose to be on methadone for your recovery the price is 90.00 per week, I’m not sure about subs but I think it’s 110.00 per week. W/O insurance.
They stop dosing at 11. Even though they are open til 2 they only dose til 11
