Such a great experience in such a bad situation. James and Marlin helped us more than I ever expected. They were so thorough, neat, quick and answered all my questions. They took care of removal of all of my flooring that was ruined in a flood and moved around all of our items and set up everything we needed to get the floor dry quickly. I called my local serv pro in the morning regarding some water damage in my home and they were able to come out and see me only a few hours later. They were very helpful in explaining everything that they had to do to get started and what the process would entail. Yes, we accept all insurance claims. Each of our clients who uses an insurance claim is assigned a Project Coordinator to help them process their claim from start to finish.
