Can’t get my beneficiary funds- I sent all my required documents to them & the reps are in the Philippines while the back office is in India. I was told it’s up to the back office to release my funds but I can’t get a hold of them. I’m having my lawyer look into this to file a lawsuit against them. Will never ever use them again! A totally corrupt dishonest organization. Less than 1 star-

I've made monthly payments on time, full amounts and every month for my mom's policy since 2016. Unfortunately, she passed in April of this year. They received all documents requested. Called last week Monday and their Rep told me I would receive direct deposit payout in a few days. However, as of today I still haven't received anything. Its ridiculous how I was lied to. It shouldn't take this long to get a payout for a policy especially if there's no issues. Bad enough I'm mourning the lost of my love one. Now, I have deal with this company's nonsense. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
