The automated system when you call is beyond frustrating, and a waste of time. It kept telling me to use the website that said the truck had not been started yet. When i eventually got someone one the phone, they had to transfer me to another person who said the truck has been completed. I then sent someone to get it, to only find out it had not been done. If you value your time, use somewhere else.

A Safelite Auto glass "technician" came to repair 2 chips in my windshield, wasn't here even 10 minutes and put a huge crack through my windshield then, wouldn't give me a discount towards a windshield replacement. Very poor quality of service, would NOT recommend!

That place is not good for putting glass on trucks after telling me that I went for pleasure to tell me that they have no conditions even though I told them that I had an 18-wheeler and not even a 24-footer enters, do not go to that place thanks
