My wife and I were camping at Santee State Park in mid July, when our air conditioner quit working. I contacted James, and at first he said he had a two week back log. When I explained our situation to him, he said he would get to us a little later in the day. It was about noon when I contact him and he showed up at 4pm. That was amazing to me, he worked us in with a two backlog. Jim quickly diagnosed the the problem as being low on refrigerant and recharged the system. Unfortunately he gave us some bad need that it was a temporary fix and that because we had a leak somewhere bin the system we needed to replace our A/C unit. I have asked Him to order us a new unit and let us know when it comes in. Jim is very professional, courteous and most important very knowledgeable about RV repair. I will be using Jim for all of my RV repair needs. A big THANKS to Jim.
