My husband who is disabled and I went in to open a new account. We were told we had to wait until there was no line before we could get assistance. There was never "no line"! Never got service. No apology. No new customer! Pathetic!!!

***update Delayed but worth mentioning. After seeing my review, Kathy (sorry forgot her last name and title) contacted me about my account and was able to ease my worries and get a new card issued very quickly. I definitely appreciate her efforts to remedy the situation. Thank you! This was my last straw with this credit union. I reported my atm card as lost on and requested a replacement card through their mobile app on April 11. I was told to allow 10-14 business days to receive a new card. Today is the 14th day and a replacement wasn't received. I called their customer service only to be told that a replacement card was never ordered. Mazuma has record of closing my lost card but the replacement request wasn't transmitted. The customer service rep said that I'd have to wait another 10-14 business days to receive the card that she's just now ordering. I'm already in the process of opening other accounts with different credit unions/banks and I will be in to a Mamzuma branch as soon as possible to close my account. There's always something going wrong with this credit union and I'm tired of it. There are too many other, read better, options available for us to be subjected to their incompetence.

Got car loan through them. Its ridicules trying to get ahold of an actual person. Keep putting through an automated system that DOES NOT work spent couple hours trying to make a payment. Guess they dont care about you making your payments in time. Or they want you to pay late for a late fee. Got locked out of my own account. Once its paid off never again. The WORST. APP is just as bad!!!!!

I'm not sure what the question is. But no, Mazuma does not buy phones. They can do collateral loans an homes and vehicles or unsecured loans. You can apply online or in any of the branches.

That is more of a question for community america, the shared branch network i believe you are refering to is supported for mazuma members, but the other credit union needs to also be participating.
Go back to the Credit Union, let them know you lost yr card, have them put a "cancelled" on it and ask them to provide you with another card.
