The staff were awesome. I don't expect such friendliness from a freeway exit hotel, but everyone here made me feel very welcome, suggested a good place to grab dinner, and a great place to grab lunch on the way out of town. I had to use late checkout and everyone was super nice about it. I usually feel very rushed when I request it, but everyone here made me feel like that's part of the Bonvoy program, so I might as well use it if I need to. The room was nice and exceptionally clean when I checked in, and while the view isn't exceptional I had a west facing room and won't complain about getting to see the sky as the sun set that night.

We had a great stay! The front desk staff were very friendly! We asked recommendations for some good steakhouses and we’re given a list. The rooms were clean and we had a good night rest. Breakfast was good as well!

Cleanest, most modern hotel I've stayed at in Kingman. They have one of the better complimentary breakfast offerings of any hotel in this class. Rooms are spacious and include adequate amenities. Location is quiet and convenient, right off of Interstate 40. Bonvoy members are treated well here.

It is really sad when you check into a nice hotel and find it unclean. I was careful to read many reviews of the hotels in the area to carefully pick one that was decent. This hotel is really nice, with spacious rooms and many amenities. The young man at the check- in was wonderful; very helpful, friendly, & professional. I was very pleased until I went our room to find urine on our commode. How does the seat of a commode not be the first and main thing cleaned in a hotel room???? If that’s not clean, then what else has not been cleaned in this room?? Luckily I travel with Lysol wipes and spray!!! Used it well on everything in the room.
