I love the Home2Suites brand. I have stayed in many across the county and have al way been very happy. They have lots of room and are always clean. This one however is different. When we arrived we were greeted by a very friendly staff, but when we go to our room we were not greeted with the nice freshly cleaned smell of a room. I am not sure what the smell is, but it’s not great. Also, once we got further into the room and put our bags down I found that there was pizza crumbs on the floor and couch and also a dirty face towel left behind from the previous guest. I talked to then front desk and they sent housekeeping in to clean it up. Later that night I found that shower soaps were empty and the lids fell off from them. All around not a great experience. I can understand that this is hotel right off the highway, but I was disappointed that brand was not being help held here.

Home 2 Suits Kingman, AZ There was a rotisserie chicken carcass with mold and maggots and other food trash under the sink. The room smelled terrible from the time we arrived. Smelled like the floors had been wet and never properly dried out. Mildew type smell. Then the second night is when I discovered the chicken situation under the sink. We talked to front desk, he told us to throw it out and said it happens more often than it should… and to speak to the manager Trevor the next morning. I was physically Ill throwing up smelling that. Our family was in two other rooms otherwise we would have left immediately. At one point the elevators were not working and myself and my husband are disabled veterans and can’t be hiking up and down stairs. The next day Trevor spoke with my husband and said he would refund one night. On the bill there was no credit line only payment and charges. I also thought both nights should be refunded. I went and spoke with him and asked him to explain where there was a credit for one night. When he realized his nonsense explanation wasn’t working on me because I know how to read he agreed to refund both nights. He then gave me a new receipt that showed $0 balance. He explained that since we booked on the app with the pay in advance feature it was “third party” and that the refund had to come from them and said to call them if I don’t see it in 5-7 days. It’s been 2 weeks so I called Hilton customer care. She apologized for that experience and said that was not true the refund would in fact come from the property because they pay the property the amount that’s paid in advance. She sent them a case so I’m waiting now to see the next step. Hopefully they respond and provide a solution. Overall training and more attention to detail on cleanliness is a MUST. I would not recommend the Kingman, AZ home 2 suits location.

Stay was fairly good. The hotel itself is newer and really clean. The bathroom doors need to have handles added. We stayed in two different rooms (one on our way to vacation and one on the way back). There's no way to easily slide the door open and close. Breakfast should include healthier options. There were no omelettes our second stay and I'm on a strict diet so waffles and high sugar items are not suitable for me. Kids loved the pool and I enjoyed the gym. Our second room had an issue with the toilet - wouldn't flush well. We just went to the lobby restroom which was close to our room and didn't bother asking for a new room. Overall it's a nice place and I would stay again. Beds were comfortable and staff was great.

Clean hotel with good customer service. Good hot breakfast with sandwiches, fresh oatmeal, waffles etc. Clean bedroom. Hot showers. Plenty of parking space. Highly recommended for a overnight stay or if visiting the grand canyon. Nice view of the mountains while you enjoy breakfast in the morning.

Asom place to stay great breakfast the rooms are incredible and the front staff was amazing I highly recommend this place
