This place was disgusting and service was awful. Stayed here for just a quick 1 night stay just looking for decent room to sleep and shower in I wasn't expecting too much. The bathroom was so dirty that the tub was basically black. Carpet is so worn that it is permanently stained and ripping. Tried going to sleep and that's when we found a BED BUG! We packed up all of our stuff and headed to the office where we spoke to Shay. She was not helpful in any way. We showed her the picture of the bed bug and she didn't offer us anything. Not even an apology or a different room just to go to sleep in. So we told her we were leaving and would like a refund and said she couldn't do that so we had to call corporate the following day to get sorted out. SAVE YOURSELF AND DO NOT STAY HERE!

My company booked me here and it would be an understatement to say it was the worst place I’ve ever stayed. After driving 11 hours, I ended up here and I was charged double the rate, my company said it was $62. I told the guy that over the phone and it ended up being $126. I got the key to room 221, got my stuff and my dog and walked up there, occupied. There was literally a family sitting on the bed watching a movie. It was like European Vacation when they went to that first hotel in the UK. Full disclosure, the whole experience was so bad it’s hilarious. I went back to the counter and said there was someone in the room. The nice lady behind the desk was clearly overwhelmed by all the stuff she had to deal with-just over extended, called her boss in front of me and just casually cursing as if a customer wasn’t in front of her. (She’s very nice. Just not very professional) She reassigned my room and walking up to it the whole parking lot smells like cigarettes. The room smelled like smoke. The sheets smelled like smoke. There weren’t toiletries in the bathroom. In fairness, I was not initially assigned that room so that may be why, but like the curtains wouldn’t close fully. The AC was on and wouldn’t go off. The Wi-Fi was terrible and I missed a deadline as a result of it. It was just a terrible experience. I thought about getting up and going to another hotel in the area, but this one already charged me double and there weren’t any other rooms available. Please don’t do what I did. Days Inn is usually a tolerable experience. This was not. Steer clear. The staff tho, again, very friendly.

I tried really hard to think of something nice to say about this place. What I came up with… your room has a tv and a mini fridge. First thing you notice is all the paint is peeling and the bathroom doesn’t have any ventilation. The floors and walls are very dirty, I wouldn’t go barefoot in here. There was stains on the bed and the mattresses are old and warped (my mattress said it was 2009 the worse of the two mattresses didn’t have a tag on it). One light was burnt out. Oh and the toilet!!! It’s a kids sized toilet, it’s so short and small. Worst of all the walls are so thin you hear everything! Just an all round bad time here. Outside the motel you constantly hear busy traffic and people yelling.

Clearly this is an older motel and a little worn. It isn’t super fancy or absolutely perfect. I just wanted a quiet room, and a decent bed and shower. That’s exactly what I got and I’m not disappointed. My room was in the back, away from the nearby truck stop and busy road. I never had any noise problems. My room had a king bed, flat screen tv, microwave, small refrigerator, air conditioning, hot shower, and clean water… all that I needed. I gave this motel 5 stars because everything was working and perfectly fine for a great price. The woman at the front desk was personable and welcoming. Thanks for a great overnight stay. 😀
