Room was clean. I am a IHG member. Bed wasn’t comfortable. Top blanket was as thin as the sheet. Towels were old and rough. Bath towels should be soft. The breakfast was cold. Had to take our plates back to the room and heat up eggs and sausage. Ended up throwing away the plate and ate elsewhere. First time at a Holiday Inn and will be our last. La Quinta is so much better.

Our family had such a long drive from Ribera NM and decided to stop in Kingman to rest before our final destination in California. McKenzie checked us in and she was very professional and extra attentive to our needs. The beds are comfortable and the room was clean. The swimming pool was a nice area to relax. Breakfast was amazing and overall the staff in general was great!

Great location right off the interstate with ample amount of parking. The lobby and breakfast area are decent. That is the plus side of this hotel. This location is in dire need of renovation. The carpets were not just dirty, but stained. The hotel has not been renovated in a very long time. For the price I paid, I would've been better off to save a little money and look for a motel 6 someplace else as I was only passing through for the night. I am an IHG member and that's the reason I booked this room. However, unless they renovate this hotel, I won't be staying back at this one. Did I mention that I hope IHG renovates this location soon.

I did not stay here, but a friend of mine did with her son. I will forever grateful for the staff here. Over a month ago, my friend had a medical emergency where an ambulance had to be called for her. I stay 15 miles from there and my friend needed someone with her immediately. The staff there that morning came to the rescue until the ambulance arrived. Because of the staff, my friend made it to the hospital in one piece and had a good outcome. As I recall it was morning of April 13th really early in the morning. I would give 100 stars 🌟 if I could for this hotel.
