The lady at the self check out was neither helpful nor friendly, I was having trouble buying 2 half gallons of milk, and rather breakaway from her conversation with the people on another register that she apparently new prettyWELL B/C "SHE WOULD NOT HELP" her employer make money with my purchase, she rudely barked at me that I needed to download the app so the sales ad would be honored! okay fine! long story short I never got the milk on sale, AND SAFEWAY WAS BURNT, GOOD JOB WHATEVER YOUR NAME WAS 6/25/2022 4. PM KINGMAN SAFEWAY YO MAN! KINGMAN DO SOMETHING WITH YOUR YOUR GIRL.

This store is beyond trash, from the management to the employees everything is completely disgusting.. they're produce department is absolutely filthy, if I were you I'd never buy a single item off the wet rack or fresh cut section. They have unsanitary conditions in every back room prep area and hallway that they don't seem to concern themselves with. Nobody in any department follows protocol such as food safety, cross contamination or simply cull and leveling along with date checks. Regularly we would find out dated items from weeks even months passed. Also Fred Walker is a snake in sheep's clothing. He fired one of his best produce employees to cover his own job when that said employee defended themselves from a shoplifter with a weapon and the guy who he sided with (another store manager) quit a few months later lmfao..Glad he had his priorities straight on that one lol Safeway/Albertsons will never see another dime from me. And if you were smart, you would consider the same..

We had a last minute bouquet need for a wedding and the florist department not only was able to work with us fast, but they also met our needs and wants!She went above and beyond to help us with our color scheme! Amazing work and sweet people!

Safeway has become a.joke. never keep things stocked. Their prices have gone through the roof. Gas station convenience stores are literally cheaper than this store. Also they deliberately over charge on items and then refuse to correct over charge saying it's the new policy. It has been reported to the store and to corporate on multiple occasions. Neither cares. They are literally getting away with stealing from their customers. If you're local, go to Smith's.
